Such an easy and always tasty knibble :) I used cream of coconut and peanut butter to make the peanut dipping sauce.

A Feast For Eyes
What more is there to say about some bone-in prime rib, steamed broccoli, glazed shallots, yorkshire pudding, cheesy bread and some strawberry shortcakes with homemade shortbread. One of my favorite dishes here is that glazed shallots....I can honestly say this was the first time I have ever had these and I love em! Boil the shallots for about 10 minutes, set aside, in a small saucepan dissolve sugar in some water and add the shallots back to the simple syrup, let reduce until shallots get browned on the outside. Nice and sweet with a slight onion flavor :)
Korean Bolgogi
This is one of my favorite Korean dishes ever!!!!! (this and of course Kimchi that is :-) This is such a simple dish that starts off with a marinade including soy sauce, sugar and a few other ingredients. Once the meat has marinated for at least 45 minutes I like to skewer mine (because its a little easier to handle on the grill) and then grill it off for just a few minutes so that the meat is a nice medium rare. The sugar mixed with the soy sauce creates this sticky sweet and salty glaze around the meat. Can you say YUMMY????
